Make And Break Cafe in Indian Harbour

What a wonderful place. We came in a group of six, 3 with food allergies and we were so pleasantly surprised when our lovely waitress told us they have these great gluten free buns (and they were great)! She was so accommodating, the food was delicious and the portions enormous! The Chowder was fantastic (also gluten free). Looking forward to stopping in on our next visit from Ontario!

Went for breakfast and our group had pancakes, the hashbrowns, route 333 and the regular breakfast. Tasted very good, and nice view! Will be back!

Great food and quaint surroundings. The prices for the home cooked meals were extremely fair and the service was superb. An extremely enjoyable experience.

Stayed overnight in the upper AirBNB (lovely!) and enjoyed an incredible breakfast (included in the stay) Everything on the menu looked delicious, and each item we had was so tasty! Service was friendly and prompt, and we enjoyed looking at the works of local artisans while we dined. This is a short drive to Peggy's Cove, and away from the bigger crowds which suited us perfectly. We will most definitely return again on our next trip!

It was great. Nice place . People are friendly and courteous. Recomend it for anyone who wishes to dine in a nice peaceful environment.

We had the smoked salmon sandwich and the Lobster Roll. Both were very good. The Lobster Roll was very generous, the biggest we had during our visit to the island! I recommand it! Also, the seafood chowder is rather a seafood soup, but the broth is very good and filled with large pieces of fish, shrimp and lobster. Very nice discovery and good prices.

Great little gift shop. Highly recommend for local arts, crafts, and gifts.

This is such a friendly place to come back to. Your lobster roll is like no other, the rhubarb crisp is delicious. I’ve been telling my friends about it!!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS food! We can’t get over how yummy our meals were! The burger was perfect, paired with those awesome “angry” potatoes! I had the seafood pasta, so tasty and scallops were cooked perfectly! Staff are super friendly and there’s a beautiful shopping area packed with local gifts and treats. You gotta go! ❤️❤️

What a great little store where you can get whatever you need without driving to a bigger town. From souvenirs, hardware to food, liquor and ready to eat foods one can find everything here. Staff is friendly and the fascilities clean and inviting.

Excellent breakfast. We're traveling and were recommended this place by a local, and we were absolutely delighted. It's a fantastic price and delicious, fresh, options. Lobster omelette and blueberry pancakes are top notch!

Really good ribs, chicken and crumble for dessert! Highly recommend! Was there a while ago (hint: the day of the Subban-Weber Trade). Can't wait to come back!
